Limestone Race Weekend is almost here!  We are really excited about this event.  It kicks off the spring for us at Align and brings the running community of Kingston and surrounding area together for a weekend.  If you are a runner enjoy the camaraderie of events like this, you can still sign up: visit the Kingston Road Runners Association website.  Over the weekend there are 5km, 10km, and half marathon distance races, as well as a 2km kids race.  The Kingston running community is so welcoming that I can guarantee runners of all abilities will feel welcome in any of the races.  And if you have a little person, please encourage them to join the kids race – it has grown in popularity over the last few years.  We would love to see lots of people out for the weekend!

If you are in Confederation Basin in downtown Kingston, come and visit us at our tent.  We will have some compression gear on display, including our brand new Bauerfeind socks, which have compression and support for ankles and Achilles tendons.  We think runners will be very excited about these compression socks.
